This petite Mandolina truly is a rarity. Originating from the Black Forest area from around 1900 it is our oldest piece to date. The Telefunken Alnico Wide-Range Speaker (NOS, in same colour tone)makes up a wonderful addition to this aesthetic instrument. The strong wooden frame with art bass reflex enables the pure sound.
It has the perfect size to be put on a table or hung from a ceiling with a cord or like a painting on a wall for a streamlined aesthetic. Acoustics are better when the unit has a wall(a surface) behind.
Its weight and form make it also a portable device that can be easily moved around the house or even outside if coupled to an external battery.
